SFX Engine and all content on the platform, including the AI models, software, and website design, are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the sound effects you generate are derived from our proprietary technology. SFX Engine retains all rights to its intellectual property, including AI models and any underlying technology.
Upon generation and download, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the sound effects, but SFX Engine retains ownership of the AI technology and algorithms used to create the sound effects.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
